The power device is separated, thus more design space is provided for a designer; a switching device with lower on resistance and higher breakdown voltage can be selected, thus the switching loss is further reduced and the conversion efficiency of the converter is improved; meanwhile, the input voltage of the whole converter is improved. Input / output voltage detection is introduced, thus an appropriate voltage can be selected as a power supply voltage of the control unit of the voltage-reduction-type converter control device. A bootstrapping circuit is adopted as a driver unit of a switching tube, and a power switching unit can conveniently adopt an N-channel grid type MOS (metal oxide semiconductor) transistor with lower on resistance. The working frequency can be set by virtue of a PWM (pulse width modulation) wave control unit in the unit, thus devices in a peripheral cell can be designed more conveniently.
