By aiming at physiological habits and culturing characteristics of sea cucumbers and applying modern biological technique, the microecological water quality conditioning agent is made of bacillus flexus CGMCC (China general microbiological culture collection center) No.5115, bacillus subtilis CGMCC No.5116 and bacillus cereus CGMCC No.5117, which are separated and sieved from a sea cucumber culturing environment and prepared by steps: using corn starch and soybean cake powder as main culturing materials, fermentating for 24-48h at 25-40 DEG C, and using zeolite and wheat bran as adsorption carriers for processing to obtain the microecological water quality conditioning agent.
