Abstract

The invention provides a method and a material frame for annealing cold-rolled plates of low-magnetic alloy structural steel. The method comprises the following steps of: 1, arranging a cold-rolled plate stack of the low-magnetic alloy structural steel on a material frame bottom plate of the annealing material frame vertically to obtain a vertical cold-rolled plate stack; 2, arranging steel bar cushion blocks among the cold-rolled plates of the vertical cold-rolled plate stack, so that the cold-rolled plates are partitioned with each other at intervals; 3, clamping upper and lower ends of the vertical cold-rolled plate stack by using a clamping device; and 4, annealing the cold-rolled plate stack processed in the step 3 by using a bell-type furnace. By the method, surface hardened layers are not formed on upper and lower surfaces of the steel plate, so that the quality problem of the cold-bending cracks of the annealed steel plate is solved.
