Abstract

The invention relates to an antirust anticorrosion paint and a preparation method thereof. The paint is prepared from materials of, by weight: 40-50% of acrylic resin emulsion, 10-20% of an antirust agent, 20-30% of saponite, 10-20% of a curing agent, and 5-10% of kaolin. The antirust agent is aluminum alloy powder, and the curing agent is epoxy resin. Weighed acrylic resin emulsion is positioned in a vessel comprising a stirring device, and is well mixed by stirring; the antirust agent, saponite, the curing agent, and kaolin are sequentially added into the vessel; and the mixture is well mixed by stirring, such that the paint is prepared. The technology of the method is simple. The paint is advantaged in normal-temperature curing, fast drying, and good antirust and anticorrosion properties. With the paint, a prepared coating is hard, and is advantaged in high glossiness, good decorativeness, low cost, and wide scope of purposes.
