Embodiment 1

[0023] A method for making sand by using granite leftover stone powder and gravel slag, comprising the following steps:

[0024] 1) Granite leftovers are crushed: choose granite leftovers and slag to be crushed in a jaw crusher or impact crusher;

[0025] 2) Screening: the crushed sand powder mixture and the granite waste stone powder are sieved together through a sieve to obtain sand with uniform particle size; The sand mixture with a particle size of 0.25 mm can be screened out by passing the sand mixture through a sieve with a diameter of 0.25 mm; the remaining sand mixture with a particle size of less than 0.25 mm can then be First pass through a sieve with a sieve diameter of 0.25mm to obtain a sand mixture with a particle size of less than 0.25mm, and then pass the sand mixture through a sieve with a pore size of 0.05mm to screen out fine particles with a particle size of 0.25-0.05mm. sand sand;

[0026] 3) Repeat step 1) and step 2) for the gravel with a particle size...

Embodiment 2

[0032] A method for making sand by using granite leftover stone powder and gravel slag, comprising the following steps:

[0033] 1) Granite leftovers are crushed: choose granite leftovers and slag to be crushed in a jaw crusher or impact crusher;

[0034] 2) Screening: The crushed sand powder mixture and the granite leftover stone powder are blown together with a wind blower to separate the sand and powder, remove the powder with a particle size below 0.075mm, and obtain sand particles with a particle size above 0.075mm. The sand with a particle size of 0.075mm or more is sieved through a sieve to obtain sand with a uniform particle size. When the mixture passes through the sieve with a diameter of 0.25mm, the medium sand with a particle size of 0.5-0.25mm can be screened out; the rest is fine sand with a particle size of 0.075-0.25mm;

[0035] 3) Repeat step 1) and step 2) for the gravel with a particle size greater than 0.5mm left after sieving in step 2) to obtain sand wit...

Abstract

The invention discloses a sand-making dry method by using granite leftover rock powders and rock ballasts. The method comprises the following steps: 1) selecting the granite leftover rock ballasts and crushing; 2) removing the powders with a particle size below 0.075mm from the crushed sand-powder mixture and granite leftover rock powders by an air classification blower so as to leave the sand grains with a particle size above 0.075mm, and screening the sands with uniform particle size; 3) repeating the step 1) and the step 2) on the remaining large clastic rocks processed in the step 2) to obtain the sands with uniform particle size; 4) adding the rock powders with small particle size, screened in the step 2) by a screen, into a coagulator to obtain lumps; 5) carrying out the step 1) and the step 2) on the lumps to obtain the sands with uniform particle size; 6) repeating the step 1) and the step 2) on the remaining lumps to obtain the sands with uniform particle size; and 7) repeating the step 4) and the step 5) on the micro powders with smaller particle size processed in the step 5) to obtain the sands with uniform particle size. The method provided by the invention can turn waste into wealth and protect the environment.

Description

Technical field: [0001] The invention belongs to the field of comprehensive utilization of granite waste, in particular to a method for making sand by using the leftover granite powder and stone slag in a dry process. Background technique: [0002] The existing traditional sand making process uses water washing to make sand, which causes water pollution; the water consumption is large, and with the development of the stone industry, the granite waste is not used rationally, resulting in waste of resources and deterioration of the ecological environment. The prior art has not yet applied the artificial sand making by the dry method of granite leftover stone powder. Luoyuan is one of the important stone processing and production bases of granite slab materials in our province. The development of the stone industry has brought about the deterioration of the ecological environment. This invention focuses on absorbing the leftovers of Luoyuan granite to promote environmental prot...
