Abstract

The carbon fiber far-infrared electronic health-care thermal-insulation device comprises an far-infrared heating sheet, a power source and a control unit, wherein the far-infrared heating sheet comprises an electrode lead, a copper foil electrode layer, a silver slurry layer and a carbon fiber layer; the copper foil electrode layer, the silver slurry layer and the carbon fiber layer are sequentially embedded in the nylon electric-insulation fibers and form thermocontact with each other; and the copper foil electrode layer is electrically connected with the power source and the control unit through the electrode lead. The silver slurry layer and the copper foil electrode layer which form thermocontact with the the carbon fibers, are connected with the power source so as to generate heat; and since the carbon fiber layer has high far-infrared radiation emissivity and high radiant heat conversion efficiency, the electric energy introduced by the electrode lead can be converted into heat energy to implement 1.5-400 micrometer wavelength far-infrared radiation heating. The experiment indicates that the heating efficiency of the far-infrared radiation heating is twice of common heat transfer. The far-infrared rays have favorable physiotherapeutic effect, and are applicable to human body thermal-insulation and health-care.
