Abstract

The invention relates to a processing technique of valve parts in a ball valve with a hard seal structure. The processing technique is characterized by comprising the following work procedures of: firstly, turning a channel hole; secondly, boring an upper valve shaft hole and a lower valve shaft hole; thirdly, boring two lateral surfaces and a process spigot; fourthly, drilling and taping process threaded holes on two lateral surfaces; fifthly, planning a key groove; sixthly, roughly processing a spherical surface and a surfacing groove; seventhly, surfacing a hard alloy material in the surfacing groove; and eighthly, finishing the spherical surface. According to the invention, due to the adoption of the processing technique, processing work procedures of boring process threaded holes on the upper end face, the lower end face and two end faces at the valve shaft holes are omitted; the time of shifted clamping is saved and the processing period of the part is enabled to be shortened by 2-3 days; when the spherical surface is finished, the processing track of a cutter comprises a single soft surface and a hard surface; and for two processing surfaces, cutters with different hardnesses can be adopted so as to reduce the impact to the cutters and a machine tool, prolong the service lives of the cutters and ensure the processing finish of the spherical surface. Compared with the prior art, the processing technique has the characteristic that tooling equipment dispenses with a positioning disk and a positioning sleeve, thereby saving the manufacturing expense of a mould.
