The sealing cap is composed of an inner layer and an outer layer, wherein the inner layer is a hot melt adhesive layer, the outer layer is a thermal shrinkage layer, and the end part of the sealing cap is connected with a one-way valve; the material of the thermal shrinkage layer is composed of the following components in parts by weight: 40-50 parts of polyolefine interfusion resin, 25-30 parts of no halogen composite flame retardant and 15-25 parts of other assistants; thepolyolefine interfusion resin is composed of the following components in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of ethylene vinyl acetate and 70-80 parts of high-pressure low-density polyethylene; the halogen composite flame retardant is composed of the following components in parts by weight: 30-50 parts of magnesium hydroxide, 40-60 parts of aluminum hydroxide, and 5-10 parts of coating red phosphorus; and the other assistants are composed of the following components in parts by weight: 1-2 parts of an anti oxidant, 2-3 parts of sensitizing agent, and 1-2 parts of brightening agent.
