Abstract

The alloy is prepared by processing the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 70-95 percent of pure iron and 5-30 percent of mixed rare earth metal. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: performing vacuum melting in a vacuum medium frequency induction furnace crucible, wherein the vacuum degree is less than or equal to 0.1 Pa; and fully deoxidizing by using SiCaBa, and adding mixed rare earth metal into pure molten iron in the crucible when the temperature reaches 1,550-1,650 DEG C, wherein the melting and mixing time is 1-10 minutes.
