Abstract

The invention provides a method for detecting water-soluble magnesium in saline-alkali soil. The method comprises the following steps of: preparing a soil leaching agent, processing the soil leaching agent, and analyzing the atomic absorption spectrum. In the method provided by the invention, the saline-alkali soil leaching agent is clear and transparent, interference of colloid particles is avoided, and the absorbance is reduced. The anion concentration is the sum of the equivalent concentrations of CO3<2->, HCO<3->, Cl<-> and SO4<2->, and the cation equivalent concentration is the sum of the equivalent weights of ions Ca<2+>, Mg<2+>, Na<+> and K<+>. Theoretically, the anion equivalent concentration of the 8 ions in soil is similar to the cation equivalent concentration; and in the method provided by the invention, the sum of cation equivalent concentration is similar to the sum of anion concentration, and the detection result is closer to the real value. The method provided by the invention has relatively good reproducibility. The method for detecting water-soluble magnesium in saline-alkali soil provided by the invention is simple and practical, has relatively low cost and deserves popularization.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for detecting water-soluble magnesium in saline-alkali soil. Background technique [0002] At present, more and more attention has been paid to the control of saline-alkali soil in our country. The basic composition analysis of saline-alkali soil is the basis of scientific research and directly affects the conclusion of scientific research. Among them, magnesium is an essential nutrient element for plant growth. Magnesium fertilizer can promote the absorption and utilization of phosphorus by plants, while the growth of magnesium-deficient plants tends to stagnate. Therefore, the role of magnesium in the study of saline-alkali soil management is particularly important. Usually the method for measuring soluble magnesium in soil adopts water immersion, filtration or centrifugation, and computer analysis, wherein filtration or centrifugation requires until the leachate is clear and transparent, but saline-alkali soil conta...
