specific Embodiment approach 1

[0021] Specific Embodiment 1: The preparation method of ultra-clean cross-linkable polyethylene insulating material for high-voltage cables in this embodiment is carried out according to the following steps: 1. Weigh 100 parts of polyethylene resin, 0.2 to 0.5 parts of antioxidant and 1.5-2.0 parts of cross-linking agent;

[0022] 2. Add the weighed polyethylene resin and antioxidant into the mixer at the same time, and mix evenly at a temperature of 130-200°C to obtain the material;

[0023] 3. The material enters the melt pump, and the melt pump makes the material flow through the double-station hydraulic screen changer filter for filtration, and the filtered material enters the single-screw granulator for granulation, and the obtained granules are cooled by pure water and transported Go to the centrifugal dehydrator for centrifugal dehydration and drying treatment, then preheat to 60-90°C, then enter the drum mixer and keep warm at 60-90°C, and spray the weighed cross-linki...

specific Embodiment approach 2

[0037] Embodiment 2: This embodiment differs from Embodiment 1 in that in step 1, 100 parts of polyethylene resin, 0.2 parts of antioxidant and 1.5 parts of crosslinking agent are weighed in parts by weight. Other steps and parameters are the same as those in Embodiment 1.

specific Embodiment approach 3

[0038] Embodiment 3: The difference between this embodiment and Embodiment 1 is that in step 1, 100 parts of polyethylene resin, 0.5 parts of antioxidant and 2.0 parts of crosslinking agent are weighed in parts by weight. Other steps and parameters are the same as those in Embodiment 1.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing an ultraclean crosslinkable polyethylene insulation material of a high-voltage cable, relates to a method for preparing a crosslinkable polyethylene insulation material and solves the problems of low purity, easiness for generating gel and the phenomenon of pre-crosslinking, poor stability of product quality, low production efficiency and high cost of the current method for preparing the crosslinkable polyethylene insulation material. The method comprises the following steps of: taking raw materials; uniformly mixing polyvinyl resin and an antioxidant to obtain a material; filtering, pelletizing, dehydrating and drying the material and mixing the obtained material and a cross linking agent to obtain aggregates mixed with the cross linking agent; and feeding the aggregates into an adsorption material bin to homogenize the aggregates and cooling the obtain product to complete preparation of the crosslinkable polyethylene insulation material. In the method, the gel and the phenomenon of pre-crosslinking are not generated in the production process and equipment does not need to be shut down to be cleaned in the production, so that the production efficiency is increased and the cost is reduced. The number and the sizes of impurities in the crosslinkable polyethylene insulation material reach the level of an imported like product. Each kilogram of cable material contains less than 10 impurities of 70-100 mum and does not contain impurities of more than 100 mum. The ultraclean requirement is met. The product quality has long-term stability.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a preparation method of crosslinkable polyethylene insulating material. Background technique [0002] Wires and cables are key components of power transmission, and the insulating material is one of the key factors determining the withstand voltage of the cable. Cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) has become the main insulating material for high-voltage cables in recent years because of its excellent dielectric properties, good heat resistance, and processability. [0003] At present, the production of cross-linkable polyethylene cable materials of 110kV, 220kV and above grades has the problems of substandard purity, gel and pre-crosslinking in the production process, and poor product quality stability. [0004] The following problems exist in the patent titled "A Production Method of High-Pressure Crosslinkable Polyethylene Cable Material (Application No.: 200910073453.6, Application Date: December 18, 2009)": [0005] Step 4: ...
