[0015] 1. Preparation of polysaccharides from brocade lantern stem

[0016] 1. Cut 500g of dried stems of brocade lanterns into 2cm long pieces with scissors, soak in 3000ml of water overnight;

[0017] 2 Water immersion extraction for 2 hours, three extractions, temperature 100°C;

[0018] 3 Precipitate the extract of the water infusion with ethanol, the final concentration of ethanol is 85%;

[0019] 4. After repeated freezing and thawing until there is no precipitation, deproteinize with enzymatic method and Sevage method, and dry to obtain crude polysaccharide;

[0020] 5 The crude polysaccharide was chromatographed on a QAE Sephadex A-25 column, eluted with saline, and the polysaccharide Q-WSP was freeze-dried;

Abstract

The invention belongs to polysaccharide with immunological activity, in particular to a franchet groundcherry fruit stem polysaccharide with immunological activity and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps of: extracting through a water immersion method; precipitating water immersion liquor extract; deproteinizing by using an enzyme method in combination with a Sevage method; drying to obtain rough polysaccharide; eluting with physiological saline; freeze-drying to obtain polysaccharide Q-WSP; and further purifying through HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography) to obtain WSP (Water Soluble Polysaccharide). The molecular weight of the WSP obtained by using the method is about 7,000Da through HPLC measurement and the components are uniform. Monosaccharide components obtained through gas chromatographic analysis are Rha, Ara, Gal, Glc and GalA. The franchet groundcherry fruit stem polysaccharide has an immunological enhancement effect and can be used for foods and health-care products for improving the immunologic function of the organism. The preparation method is simple and reliable. The franchet groundcherry fruit stem has a wide source and is changed into things of value through development and utilization of the franchet groundcherry fruit stem polysaccharide.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to immunologically active polysaccharides, and in particular relates to an immune-active polysaccharide from the stem of the lantern and its preparation method and application. Background technique [0002] The scientific name of Jin Lantern is Physalis, also known as Red Girl, Red Lady, Hanging Golden Lantern, Bitter Girl, and Lantern Fruit. The fruit is a berry, spherical, orange-yellow when ripe; the persistent calyx increases with the growth of the fruit, is orange-red, and is puffy wrapped outside the berry, named after the shape of a lantern. [0003] Jinlantern is a perennial herb of Solanaceae and Physalis alkekengi L. It is distributed all over the country and is a commonly used medicinal and edible plant. The whole plant of Jindenglong can be used as medicine; its fruit is sweet, sour and cold, and can be eaten. It has the effects of clearing heat and detoxifying, relieving throat and resolving phlegm, and diuresis. It...
