Abstract

The invention discloses application of the compound (I) as shown in formula (I) in preparing a pharmaceutical composition for treating cerebrovascular spasm. Animal experiments confirm that: SB-3CT has certain curative effect to CVS after SAH (subarachnoid hemorrhage), and can mitigate the thickening degree of spastic vessel walls and the lumen stenosis, thus providing a new treatment approach for CVS after SAH.
