Abstract

The main preparation process of the special material comprises the following two steps: (1) preparing a silane-grafted high-density polyethylene material (material A); and (2) preparing a room-temperature cross-linking catalytic material (material B), wherein the material A comprises the following components in parts by weight: 70-90 parts of high-density polyethylene, 10-30 parts of carrier resin, 1-3 parts of unsaturated silane, 0.05-0.3 part of initiator, 0.1-0.5 part of antioxidant and 1-3 part of cross-linking aid; the material B comprises the following components in parts by weight: 70-90 parts of high-density polyethylene, 10-30 parts of carrier resin, 1-4 parts of catalyst, 1-3 parts of cocatalyst and 0.1-0.5 part of antioxidant; the raw materials are sufficiently mixed and granulated by a twin-screw extruder to obtain the material A and material B; and the special material is composed of the material A and the material B in a ratio of (90:10)-(95:5). Tubes manufactured from the special material can automatically achieve the cross-linking process after being placed at room temperature for 72 hours, with a cross-linking degree more than 65%.
