By the maleic anhydride modified polyethylene layer and the acrylic acid modified polyethylene layer which are extruded in a co-extrusion mode, the aluminum foil layer and the polyamide layer to which the maleic anhydride modified polyethylene layer and the acrylic acid modified polyethylene layer are attached have higher peel strength, the whole extrusion layer is flexible and high in toughness and has high tensile strength and elongation at rupture, and a product can be effectively prevented from having problems of aluminum rupture, layer separation and the like in the cold stamping process.
