Problems solved by technology

Experiments have shown that low-intensity ultrasound can promote biological activity, and the cavitation of ultrasound has a strong advantage in degrading pollutants in water, especially refractory organic pollutants, but the removal effect on COD and the like is not good.

Embodiment 1

[0018] The sewage to be treated first passes through the grille to remove large debris such as sand, wood, plastic, etc., and enters the pretreatment pool (A). Then mix the sewage in the pretreatment tank (B), adjust the pH value to about 7 with hydrochloric acid; add an appropriate amount of flocculant cationic polyacrylamide (CPAM), supplemented by microwave treatment, microwave frequency 500 M, microwave treatment time 20 min., Rapid and efficient sedimentation of flocs. Then treat the sewage in the biological treatment tank (with ceramsite as filler) for ultrasonic cooperative aeration biological treatment, and the biological reaction is 2 h.; the ultrasonic frequency is 20 kHz, and the intensity is 0.05 W / cm 2 , each treatment is 20 min.; each round of aeration and ultrasonic co-treatment is 5 times, and then the treated sewage enters the wetland ecosystem (C) ecological treatment, discharge or reuse the effluent.

Embodiment 2

[0020] The sewage to be treated first passes through the grille to remove large debris such as sand, wood, plastic, etc., and enters the pretreatment pool (A). Then mix the sewage in the pretreatment tank (B), adjust the pH value to about 7 with hydrochloric acid; add an appropriate amount of flocculant cationic polyacrylamide (CPAM), supplemented by microwave treatment, microwave frequency 100 G, microwave treatment time 10 min., Rapid and efficient sedimentation of flocs. Then treat the sewage in the biological treatment tank (with volcanic rock as filler) for ultrasonic and aerated biological treatment, and the biological reaction is 3 h.; the ultrasonic frequency is 500 kHz, and the intensity is 1 W / cm 2 , each treatment is 10 min.; each round of aeration and ultrasonic co-treatment is 4 times, and then the treated sewage enters the wetland ecosystem (C) ecological treatment, discharge or reuse the effluent.

Embodiment 3

[0022] The sewage to be treated first passes through the grille to remove large debris such as sand, wood, plastic, etc., and enters the pretreatment pool (A). Then mix the sewage in the pretreatment tank (B), adjust the pH value to about 7 with hydrochloric acid; add an appropriate amount of flocculant cationic polyacrylamide (CPAM), supplemented by microwave treatment, microwave frequency 200 G, microwave treatment time 5 min., Rapid and efficient sedimentation of flocs. Then treat the sewage in the biological treatment tank (with limestone as filler) for ultrasonic cooperative aeration biological treatment, and the biological reaction is 4 h.; the ultrasonic frequency is 1000 kHz, and the intensity is 10 W / cm 2 , each treatment is 5 min.; each round of aeration and ultrasonic co-treatment is 3 times, and then the treated sewage enters the wetland ecosystem (C) ecological treatment, discharge or reuse the effluent.

Abstract

The invention discloses a physicochemical biological ecological method of a system, which is widely applied to sewage advanced treatment and belongs to the field of water treatment. The method comprises the following steps of: introducing sewage to be treated to pass through a grating for removing bigger impurities such as gravels, wood blocks, plastic and the like, and then introducing the sewage to enter a pretreatment pool; mixing and adjusting the sewage in the pretreatment pool, scientifically and reasonably adding a flocculating agent and additionally performing microwave treatment to quickly and efficiently deposit flocculating constituents; introducing the sewage to enter a biological treatment pool, performing ultrasonic wave synergistic aeration treatment for biological reaction; and finally, introducing the sewage to enter a wetland ecological system which mainly consists of plants, animals and microorganisms, performing ecological system treatment, and discharging or recycling. The effluent quality of the sewage subjected to the system advanced treatment is superior to the effluent quality specified in the GB18918-2002 class A and meets the requirement on the water quality of three types of recycled standard surface water. The sewage treatment system can be widely applied to the advanced treatment of domestic sewage, rubbish percolate, industrial sewage and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of water treatment, and more specifically relates to a systemic physicochemical bioecological method (PCBES) for advanced treatment and purification of sewage, which can be widely applied to the advanced treatment of domestic sewage, landfill leachate, industrial sewage and the like. Background technique [0002] my country is a country that is relatively short of water resources. With the development of economy and the acceleration of urbanization, the problem of urban water shortage is becoming more and more serious. At present, the increasingly serious shortage of water resources and water environment pollution have plagued the development of my country's economy and society, and have become the main factors restricting the sustainable development of society and economy. The amount of water in my country is generally not much, and there is a serious uneven distribution. my country's per capita water resource is 27...
