Embodiment Construction

[0036] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0037] Such as figure 1 As shown, the present invention includes a non-magnetic metal material, such as a metal pipe 1 made of stainless steel, and a magnetic ring 2 matching the outer diameter of the metal pipe is sleeved on the metal pipe 1, and the magnetic ring 2 is magnetized by the axial direction. Made of ferrite, the magnetic ring 2 is installed on a moving part that can move with the stroke. When the stroke changes, the moving part drives the magnetic ring 2 to slide along the outer wall of the metal pipe. The magnetic induction of the magnetic ring 2 can trigger nearby n consecutive Hall circuits to be in the on state, while other Hall circuits are in the off state; wherein, n≥3. According to actual needs, the number of Hall circuits that can be triggered simultaneously can be adjusted by adjusting the size of the magnetic ring 2 . A double-sided printed bo...

Abstract

The invention discloses a Hall encoder-based travel sensor. The travel sensor comprises a metal tube made of nonmagnetic metal materials. A magnet ring that matches with the outer diameter of the metal tube is arranged on the metal tube in a sleeved mode. Multiple Hall circuit arrays are arranged inside the metal tube and connected with the main SCM (single-chip microcomputer) by means of each sub-SCM. The output terminal of the main SCM is connected with an operational magnification circuit which is connected with an outer lead wire. In addition, the invention also discloses a method which utilizes the Hall encoder-based travel sensor to measure the travel distance. The invention has the advantages of good security, high reliability and high resolution ratio, and low power consumption., the resolution ratio achieved by the invention is as high as 3 mm, much better than the prior reed switch, thereby largely improving the position resolution ratio. Taking the travel of 192 mm as an example, the overall consumption is less than or equal to 7mA. Moreover, the invention is intelligent so as to be capable of automatic correcting and dual-directional transmission of signals, which facilitates the intelligent management in the detection field.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a travel sensor, in particular to a travel sensor for position detection based on Hall circuit coding, and a method for using the travel sensor to measure travel. Background technique [0002] The traditional stroke sensor mostly adopts the reed switch resistance divider type, and the position is judged by triggering different reed switches to obtain different voltage values. However, the reed switch is fragile in a vibrating environment, the switch is easy to shake, and it is easy to pull in after long-term use, resulting in the scrapping of the entire travel sensor. Moreover, the output accuracy of the stroke sensor using the reed switch is relatively poor and cannot be adjusted. Due to the large volume of the reed switch, the installation density cannot be very high, so the resolution of the stroke sensor is also poor. Contents of the invention [0003] Purpose of the invention: The present invention aims at the above-men...
