Abstract

The invention discloses a method for producing high-visibility polyurethane artificial leather, comprising the following steps: blending a surface course sizing agent, wherein the surface course sizing agent is prepared from the raw materials comprising polycarbonate type polyurethane, dimethyl fomamide, a waterproof agent, a modified polysiloxane defoamer, an antiager and an aqueous fluorescence pigment; fully mixing and blending the blended surface course sizing agent; filtering by utilizing a 200-mesh sieve; defoaming by utilizing a vacuum defoaming machine for standby; blending an adhesive coating sizing agent, wherein the coating sizing agent is prepared the raw materials comprising polyurethane, dimethyl fomamide, a ultraviolet light absorber, an accelerant and a cross linking agent; fully mixing and blending the blended coating sizing agent; filtering by utilizing the 200-mesh sieve for standby; and coating. In the method, the existing formula is regulated, produced products completely conform to the requirements of EN471 high-visibility materials, and the aspects such as weather resistance, hydrolysis resistance, waterproof vapor permeability and the like all exceed the similar products in the market.
