Embodiment Construction

[0033] The following will clearly and completely describe the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention. Obviously, the described embodiments are only some, not all, embodiments of the present invention. Based on the embodiments of the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by persons of ordinary skill in the art without making creative efforts belong to the protection scope of the present invention.

[0034] Due to the interaction of neutrons with the nuclei of various elements in the material, the nuclei are in an excited state. The life of these excited states is very short, and characteristic gamma rays are emitted immediately. The nuclei of different elements emit characteristic gamma rays with different energies, and the intensity of the characteristic gamma rays is proportional to the content of the nuclei of the element in the substance and proportion...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method and a system for detecting a neutron yield. The method comprises the following steps of: receiving characteristic gamma rays generated when neutrons generated by a neutron generator under a preset voltage bombard surrounding objects which at least contain a feedback object, and converting the characteristic gamma rays into an electric pulse signal; carrying out analog-to-digital conversion on the electric pulse signal and storing converted data; according to a preset time interval, reading the stored converted data and analyzing a count of the characteristic gamma rays generated when the neutrons bombard the feedback object according to characteristic gamma ray energy of the feedback object; and obtaining the neutron yield by using a relation of the neutron yield and the count of the characteristic gamma rays of the feedback object. In the method for detecting the neutron yield, the neutron field is detected by detecting the characteristic gamma ray strength of the feedback object and novel equipment and instruments are not required to be added. The method is simple and is easy to implement. In the whole detecting process, a neutron detector is notrequired to be used, so that the cost of equipment is reduced and the reaction effect and the stability of an analysis result are improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of coal quality analysis, in particular to a neutron yield detection method and system. Background technique [0002] On-line pulse neutron coal quality analysis is a commonly used analysis method in the process of coal quality analysis. The method bombards a coal stream with neutrons, which react with nuclides in the coal stream, releasing gamma rays of various energies. Because the nuclides bombarded by neutrons are different, the energy of gamma rays released will also be different. Through the difference of these energies, it can be judged which nuclides exist in the coal flow, and then the content of each nuclide in the coal flow can be obtained. Then learn the relevant indicators of coal. The neutron generator is the neutron source of the equipment. Its neutron output is controllable. It can control the output of neutrons by adjusting the voltage input to the neutron generator as required. neutron. As long ...
