Abstract

The embodiment of the invention relates to a wireless communication technology, in particular to a survey information configuration method and system and a base station, which are used for solving the problem that a network side in the prior art can not carry out correct survey configuration on an HeNB (Home enhanced Node B) with a changed frequency point so that the inbound handover property is influenced. The method provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps: the base station determines frequency points, corresponding to an ECGI (E-UTRAN (Evolved Universal Terrestrial Radio Access Network) Cell Global Identifier), from a user terminal on the basis of the corresponding relationship between an updated ECGI and the frequency points, wherein the corresponding relationship between the updated ECGI and the frequency points is that the ECGI corresponds to the current frequency point of a femtocell; and the base station searches frequency points of the survey information which are not configured for the user terminal, from the determined frequency points and configures the survey information of the searched frequency points for the user terminal. By adopting the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the accuracy of survey configuration for the HeNB with a changed frequency point can be improved, and the property of UE (User Equipment) forcarrying out inbound handover can be guaranteed.
