The preparation method comprises the following steps of: uniformly mixing the active constituents and the liquid assistant in the formula, and making the mixture adsorbed on the carriers, mixing the mixture with other solid constituents, pulverizing the mixture by using an airflow pulverizer so that the grain size of the mixture reaches 98%, sieving the mixture by using a sieve of 45 mum, and then kneading and pelleting.
