Abstract

Long glass fiber is sampled at a glass fiber material feeding opening of a double-screw extruding machine of melt modified plastics, and the modified plastics are sampled at a modified plastic material collecting opening. Measuring tools comprise a timing stopwatch and an electronic scale. The method comprises the following steps of: 1. after the plastic modification extrusion of the double-screw extruding machine is stable, maintaining all processing parameters unchanged, and respectively sampling long glass fiber at the glass fiber feeding material opening and sampling the modified plastics at the modified plastic material collecting opening in the same sampling time metered by the timing stopwatch; 2. respectively weighing the reducing quantity of the long glass fiber and the producing quantity of the modified plastics in the same metering time by the electronic scale; and 3. calculating the filling quantity of the long glass fiber through dividing the reducing quantity of the long glass fiber by the producing quantity of the modified plastics.
