Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: when the back connection between terminal equipment registered by a user and a data management (DM) server ends, the terminal equipment sends a Bootstrap confirmation message to a service center corresponding to a legal service center port message stored in the terminal equipment in advance; the service center analyzes the Bootstrap confirmation message to obtain an equipment identification (ID) of the terminal equipment, and then, an authorized DM server assigned by the service center is connected to find an OTA Bootstrap record corresponding to the equipment ID in the database of the authorized DM server; and when no corresponding OTA Bootstrap record is found in the database of the authorized DM server, the service center informs the user that OTA Bootstrap occurs between the terminal equipment and an unauthorized DM server.
