Problems solved by technology

However, due to the lack of quality control standards for jujube bark in the current pharmaceutical process, when producers accept the raw medicinal materials of jujube bark, they can only be determined by observing the external characteristics of the raw medicinal materials with naked eyes.
This method lacks science and rigor, and thus it is difficult to ensure the clinical efficacy of the drug produced

Embodiment 1

[0028] Adopt the following method to carry out microscope observation to Zizyphus jujube:

[0029] (a) Take jujube bark, soak it in warm water at 40°C, soften it, slice it horizontally, and make a thin slice of 20 μm, select a flat slice, put it on a glass slide, add 2 drops of chloral hydrate test solution, and let it stand for 3 minutes. Heat permeabilization on the lamp for 30 seconds, add 1 drop of dilute glycerin, and cover with a cover glass;

[0030] (b) Observe under a microscope after standing for 3 minutes;

[0031] (c) The characteristics displayed under the microscope Figure 1-6 shown.

Embodiment 2

[0033] Jujube bark and jujube bark are very similar in appearance after removal, and it is difficult to distinguish them, but they are easier to distinguish under a microscope.

[0034] Identification method

[0035] (a) Take spiny jujube bark and jujube bark respectively, soak them in warm water at 40°C, soften them, slice them transversely, and make thin slices of 20 μm, select flat slices, place them on glass slides, add 2 drops of chloral hydrate test solution dropwise, Leave it for 3 minutes, heat and permeabilize it on an alcohol lamp for 30 seconds, add 1 drop of dilute glycerin, and cover with a cover glass;

[0036] (b) Observe under a microscope after standing for 3 minutes;

[0037] (c) The characteristics displayed under the microscope are shown in Table 1.

Embodiment 3

[0041] Take jujube bark from different parts in late spring and early summer. The external features are brown or taupe, with longitudinal stripes, lenticels of different sizes, and yellowish-brown where the cork peels off; the inner surface is light yellow, yellowish-brown, nearly smooth, It has fine longitudinal texture, hard and brittle, easy to break, irregular section, and can be peeled off layer by layer.

[0042] Soak the bark in warm water at 40°C for 15 minutes to soften, slice with bare hands, cross-section, cut into thin slices of 10-20 μm, select a flat slice, put it on a glass slide, add 2 drops of chloral hydrate test solution, wait 3 minutes in alcohol Heat permeabilization on the lamp for 30 seconds, add 1 drop of dilute glycerin, and cover with a cover slip. After waiting for 1 minute, observe under the microscope, first adjust the focal length of 200 times to observe the overall situation, and then adjust the focal length of 400 times to observe the main featu...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for detecting the quality of wild jujube barks. The method comprises the following steps of: (a) soaking and softening the wild jujube barks with warm water, and transversely slicing the barks to obtain slices; (b) observing the slices under a microscope; and (c) at least displaying the following characteristics under the microscope: (1) cork layers have series cells, and the cortex is narrow; and (2) the phloem is wide, and girdle bands consisting of sclereid and fiber are visible. The method can be used for identifying the wild jujube barks and thereby can be used for controlling the quality of raw medicinal materials when the wild jujube barks are used for preparing medicinal preparations.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a quality detection method of Chinese medicinal materials, in particular to a quality detection method of jujube bark. technical background [0002] Cortex Ziziphi spinosae Radicis is the dry stem bark of Ziziphi spinosae Radicis, a plant of Rhamnaceae, which has the functions of clearing heat and detoxifying, astringing and promoting granulation. Because of its remarkable antibacterial effect and strong astringency to the exudate of the sore surface, a thin film can be formed on the sore surface after application of the drug, and a fixed scab will be formed after 24 hours of application, which can promote the regeneration of epithelial cells under the scab, so it is often used clinically. Its decoction or its tincture is used to treat burns and scalds. However, due to the lack of quality control standards for jujube bark in the current pharmaceutical process, when producers accept the raw medicinal material of jujube bark, th...
