Abstract

The invention discloses a method for producing a multifunctional antibacterial peptide. The method comprises the following steps of: 1) treating raw materials; 2) preparing the raw materials; 3) sterilizing a solid medium; 4) preparing nutrient solution for solid state fermentation; 5) performing aerobic inoculation and fermentation; 6) performing anaerobic inoculation and fermentation; and 7) drying and sieving to obtain the finished product of the antibacterial peptide. The measured antibacterial peptide content of the finished product of the antibacterial peptide is 100-400 IU per gram and the total number of probiotics is 10-40 billion per gram. The solid state fermentation is performed by four strains including complex yeast, bifidobacterium, lactobacillus and streptococcus faecalis, so the shortcoming that the antibacterial peptide is produced by a single strain is overcome, and a large number of probiotics are maintained while the multifunctional antibacterial peptide is produced; and moreover, the method realizes the coexistence of the large number of probiotics and the antibacterial peptide while keeping the antibacterial activity. The antibacterial peptide produced by the method is applicable to the feed additive industry.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the preparation of antimicrobial peptide products, in particular to a method for producing multifunctional antimicrobial peptides. The antimicrobial peptides prepared by the method of the invention can be used in the feed additive industry. Background technique [0002] With the development of modern intensive and large-scale farming, the risk of livestock, poultry and aquatic animals being infected with various diseases has greatly increased. In order to prevent animal diseases, promote animal growth and improve feed utilization, a large number of drugs such as antibiotics are used as feed additives. With the long-term and large-scale use of antibiotic additives, their negative effects are increasingly exposed. The main reason is that the problem of drug-resistant strains and endogenous infection caused by long-term use of antibiotics has always troubled farmers. The potential impact of drug-resistant strains on human health ...
