The invention injects pumping light in a silicon-based micro ring to generate a free carrier, and the silicon-based micro ring resonance peak is subjected to blue shift due to the dispersion effect of the free carrier, so as to modulate signals on detection light to realize the all-optical single side band (SSB) up conversion.
