Bisphenol A-epoxy resin is adopted as a matrix in the antiseptic powder coating, thereby being characterized by no toxicity, abrasion resistance and the like through polyester resin curing and realizing strong adhesive to metal. The carbon powder can improve the temperature resistant performance of the coating, and the metal power containing zinc / aluminum powder can play the roles of seawater resistance and salt fog resistance.
