The heat interchanger is arranged between a compressor and a condenser of the central air conditioner; the inner wall of a stainless steel shell of the heat interchanger is provided with a first thermal insulation material; the centre of the stainless steel shell has a hollow structure; an exhaust pipe which is connected with the compressor is positioned on the middle part of the hollow structure; the hollow structure has a conical structure with a big top and a small bottom; the capacity of the hollow structure is controlled to be between 4 and 6 L; a ratio of the diameter of an upper top surface to the diameter of a lower bottom surface of the hollow structure of the heat interchanger is 1: 2-3; and the upper and lower parts of the hollow structure are sealed.
