Problems solved by technology

The chemical slurry belongs to the true solution type, and the prepared slurry is not easy to segregate particles. Generally, the viscosity is low, and it is easy to enter into small cracks or pores. There are harmful compounds with varying contents, and if they are not handled properly, they will often cause different degrees of environmental pollution, and it is difficult to apply them in large-scale underground grouting projects.
Due to the poor water separation and stability of cement slurry materials and the limitation of particle size itself, cement slurry materials have limitations in grouting grouting bodies with small cracks

Embodiment 1

[0037] Take 400g of ordinary Portland 425 cement, 4g of water reducer, 48g of SBR cement styrene butadiene latex, 1.45ml of defoamer, and 480ml of tap water. The mass ratios of water reducer, styrene butadiene latex, tap water and cement in the grouting material are respectively 1%, 12% and 120%. The mass ratio of defoamer and styrene butadiene latex is 3%. Premix cement and water reducing agent to ensure uniform mixing. Add the defoamer to the water, stir and add it to the pure slurry mixer. Add the mixed powder to the mixer, start stirring, and stir slowly for 2 minutes. During this period, add the styrene butadiene latex slowly and stir quickly for 2 minutes to start grouting.

Embodiment 2

[0039] Take 1600g of ordinary Portland 425 cement, 16g of water reducing agent, 224g of SBR cement styrene butadiene latex, 6.72ml of defoamer, 2240ml of tap water, and 1.6g of triethanolamine. The mass ratios of water reducing agent, styrene butadiene latex, tap water, triethanolamine and cement in the grouting material are 1%, 14%, 140% and 0.1% respectively. The mass ratio of defoamer to styrene butadiene latex is 3%. Pre-mix the cement and water reducing agent to ensure that the powder is evenly mixed. Add the defoamer, triethanolamine and water to the pure slurry mixer for stirring. Add the mixed powder to the mixer, start stirring, and stir slowly for 2 minutes. During this period, add the styrene butadiene latex slowly and stir quickly for 2 minutes to start grouting.

Abstract

The invention discloses a novel styrene-butadiene latex modified cement based grouting reinforcement material used for reinforcing coal rock and a preparation method thereof. The high-performance styrene-butadiene latex cement based grouting material is prepared from common silicate cement, styrene-butadiene latex, water reducing agent, defoaming agent, coagulation regulating agent and the like in a certain mass ratio. The grouting material has higher water-cement ratio, strong water-retaining property, good liquidity and grouting property, good volume stability and controllable slurry coagulation time, and can keep long-term conveying without bleeding; and the construction is simple and the operation is convenient. The material has good bonding power with the coal rock and proper strength when reinforcing the coal rock, the slurry is innocuous, and the material has low price and can be widely applied to the reinforcement of various crushed coal rocks.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to a grouting reinforcement material and a preparation method thereof, in particular to a grouting reinforcement material that can ensure the stability of coal and rock mass. Background technique [0002] Coal always accounts for about 70% of my country's primary energy production and consumption structure. With the increase of coal mining depth, the quality of coal is broken and soft. In the process of mine mining, the accidents of slicing and roof fall are increasing, which has seriously affected the mining of the working face. Therefore, ensuring the stability of coal and rock masses, preventing slicing and roof fall on the working face, and achieving stable and high output and safe production are one of the problems that must be solved in the coal mining process. Coal rock mass grouting reinforcement material is an effective means to solve this problem. It can consolidate the broken coal rock mass with the original cracks into a ...
