[0009] Add solvent (methanol or ethanol) to the solid waste residue, stir and mix for 30 minutes at a volume ratio of 1:1.5, and filter and separate to obtain an organic phase solution and a sodium carbonate solid phase containing crystal water. The organic phase is distilled at atmospheric pressure, and the temperature is controlled to be lower than 70 degrees Celsius, so that the solvent can be recycled and reused. After completion, the organic matter is pumped back to the large-scale production distillation system for vacuum distillation, so as to obtain dimethyl carbonate (5%), 1,2 - Propylene glycol (85%) and 1% ice carbon (based on organic phase). The solid phase is roasted, and the sodium carbonate containing crystal water contains part of the solvent at the same time, so the roasting process does not need to add any fuel, and the heat of solvent combustion can volatilize the crystal water to obtain sodium carbonate (industrial use).
