Abstract

The invention provides a system and a method for controlling the coupled-type salt balance of industrial water systems, which belongs to the technical field of water treatment. Through a set mathematical model and a control system, the salt balance of industrial water systems is intelligently controlled. The mathematical model and the control system input all data which are continuously acquired and related to salt content into a PLC or an industrial control computer, and then transmit optimized signals of the amount of raw clean water and desalinated seawater to a raw-water treatment controlsystem and a seawater desalination control system respectively and perform regulation. Therefore, the reduction of salt content relies on high-quality desalinated seawater and ground-surface raw wateradded with water for neutralization and dilution, and the concentration multiple of water systems is controlled between 4 and 6 so as to realize the zero emission of industrial water and circular economy and effectively reduce operation cost. The invention ensures that enterprises can use limited investment to gain great economic and environmental benefit.
