The formula comprises the components as follows: 05.04 to 29.76 percent of green tea, 10.96 to 13.02 percent of lotus leaf, 15.66 to 18.62 percent of tangerine peel, 16.14 to 18.37 percent of fructus crataegi; 14.92 to 18.78 percent of cassia seed and 7.83 to 9.32 percent of gynostemma pentaphylla. The processing method comprises the following steps: 1, the cassia seed, the fructus crataegi and the tangerine peel are decocted with water for two times, wherein the amounts of added water are respectively eight times and six times of that of the three, and the decocted time for each time is 0.5 hour, the decocted liquors are merged and filtered, and the filtrate is concentrated into thick paste; 2, the green tea, the lotus leaf and the gynostemma pentaphylla are pulverized into coarse powder, and then the coarse powder is uniformly mixed; 3, the coarse powder prepared in step 2 and the thick paste prepared in step 1 are uniformly stirred, dried and sieved, lumps (if any) are rubbed into powder and uniformly mixed, and then the fat eliminating tea is prepared.
