The invention discloses crystallizer oil which comprises the following materials by weight portions: 88 percent to 95 percent of high erucic acid vegetable oil, 1.0 percent to 1.5 percent of phenylformic acid or sodium benzoate, 0.5 percent to 1.5 percent of amide imidazoline, 0.5 percent to 1.5 percent of mahogany sulfonate, 0.5 percent to 1.5 percent of foam depressant, 0.5 percent to 1.5 percent of mannite fatty acid ester, 0.5 percent to 1.5 percent of lubricant, 0.5 percent to 1.5 percent of sodium alkyl benzene sulfonate and 1.0 percent to 1.5 percent of polyacrylate. With the latest prescription, the crystallizer oil has good capability of dissolution and foreign substances absorption and can keep stable service performance after the absorption of occluded foreign substances.
