Problems solved by technology

Although this method achieves a good compromise between the diversity degree and the coding rate, only part of the receiving antennas are used in decoding, and the receiving diversity is not fully utilized, which not only causes waste of antennas, but also makes it The anti-fading performance is much worse than that of space-time block codes

Abstract

The invention discloses a decoding method based on iterative layer space-time group codes, which comprises the following steps: firstly, grouping channel matrixes and receiving vectors according to the grouping number of an antenna; secondly, performing the group interference suppression to each group of receiving vectors, and performing the STBC decoding to the obtained modified receiving vectors to obtain each group of non-iterative decoding result; thirdly, feedbacking the result to a receiving terminal for performing the STBC decoding again to obtain each group of new decoding matrix usedfor eliminating the interference of the receiving terminal to decode a certain of group of receiving vectors; fourthly, performing the STBC decoding to the receiving vectors after being eliminated with the interference again, and feedbacking each group of obtained iterative decoding result to the receiving terminal; fifthly, repeating the step 3 and the step 4 for n-1 time(s) according to the setiterative time n, and performing the parallel-to-serial conversion to each group of decoding result iterated by n times to obtain the final decoding result. The invention has high antifading propertyrelative to the prior LSBC decoding method, and can be used for the space-time coding in an MIMO system.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of coding and decoding, and in particular relates to a decoding method for a layered space-time block code LSTBC, which can be used for space-time coding in a multiple-input multiple-output MIMO system. Background technique [0002] Space-time coding technology is a space-time processing technology based on multiple-input multiple-output MIMO. It uses two-dimensional time and space to construct code words to offset fading and improve power efficiency. It can realize parallel multiplex transmission in the transmission channel and improve Spectral efficiency. Bell Laboratories in the United States proposed the concept of layered space-time coding. They proposed the framework of layered space-time coding technology in 1996 and applied for a patent. On this basis, they developed the BLAST experimental system [1.G.J.Foschini , "Layered space-time architecture for wireless communication in a fading environment wh...
