The method has the advantages that because of the presence of an isolated layer, the phytase feed additive granules can keep property of enzyme stable during usage, storage and sale, and have remarkably enhanced capability of resisting external adverse environments such as high temperature, high moisture and the like. After the surfaces of the granules are coated, the granules have better compactness, the activity content evenness of the enzyme is high, the animal feed is easy to be mixed evenly, and the animal is fed in balance; the granules have bright color, are round and beautiful, and have good flowing property; the granule specific gravity is similar to the feed specific gravity, and the granules are easy to be mixed evenly, and do not grade, generate static electricity, mutually adsorb and unite; and the coating material has good water solubility, can be quickly disintegrated and released in gastric juice, and has high bioavailability.
