Abstract

The invention discloses a method for treating culturing wastewater through utilization of a microorganism flocculant. The method comprises the following steps: 1) selection of bacillus mucilaginosus as a producing strain; 2) activation, fermentation and cultivation of a strain, wherein the strain is activated by a selective culture medium, inoculated in a culture medium for producing a seed strain and cultured to prepare the seed strain; and the seed strain is inoculated in a liquid fermentation culture medium and is fermented to obtain a fermentation liquid; 3) preparation of the microorganism flocculant, wherein the fermentation liquid is naturally precipitated; and a supernatant fluid is removed to prepare the microorganism flocculant; and 4) treatment on the culturing wastewater, wherein the microorganism flocculant and the culturing wastewater in volume ratio of 1 : 40-60 are mixed for 30 to 45 minutes and filtered; and filter residue is removed. The invention also provides a composite fertilizer prepared according to the method. The culturing wastewater treated by the method can reach emission standard and can also prepare composite fertilizer with good fertilizing effect.
