Abstract

The invention discloses a cultivation method of traditional Chinese herb cassia buds rich in microelement selenium. The method comprises the following steps: soaking cassia seeds in hot water with the temperature of 58-61 DEG C for 28-35min, then transferring the cassia seeds into a biological incubator with constant temperature of 36-38 DEG C and soaking the cassia seeds in sodium selenite aqueous solution with a concentration of 150-350mg / L for 24-36h at a proportion that every 500g (dry weight) of the cassia seeds are added with 1.8-2.4L of the sodium selenite aqueous solution to allow the cassia seeds to germinate; adjusting the temperature to 27-29 DEG C and the humidity to 75-85%; incubating for 68-76h, and sprinkling the sodium selenite aqueous solution once every 5-6h in an incubation period to allow the cassia buds to grow; and taking out the cassia buds passing the quality inspection for use. The method has simple technological process and easy operation and can help cultivate the cassia buds rich in organic selenium; the cassia seeds rich in selenium cultivated by the method can be taken as a selenium-containing nutritional tonic and a selenium-containing medicine, and provides a new direction for developing cassia seed functional food.
