Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of medical products and relates to a bra patch preventing and treating hyperplasia of lobule of mammary glands, a preparation method thereof and use thereof. The patch is composed of calf gristle proteoliposome, substrates and penetration enhancers. The prepared bra patch can be further made into a far infrared fabric product of bra patch by adding a surface lining layer and a back lining layer. Experiments on animals show that the inventive bra patch and fabric product have no anaphylactic reaction and stimulation to skins and can well prevent and treat hyperplasia of lobule of mammary glands. The bra patch has advantages of a simple preparation flow, a low price, convenient use, nontraumatic treatment, good curative effect etc.
