The heat exchanging channel of the evaporator is connected with a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe which are used for refrigeration water of an air-conditioner. In the water storing unit, a main water pipe is connected with a water inlet of the heat exchanging channel of the condenser through a water pump. A water outlet of the heat exchanging channel of the condenser is connected with a cold water pipeline through a water mixing valve.
