The novel method is used for preparing the capillary column of the titanium dioxide coating. The invention is simple in method, and the prepared capillary column of the titanium dioxide coating can be successfully used in separation and pre-enrichment of biological samples; the invention can also used for preparing the capillary column of other inorganic oxide coating.
