[0035] (1) Preparation of oil phase

[0036] Take the prescribed amount of propofol, refined egg yolk lecithin, oleic acid or sodium oleate, and vitamin E, and add them to soybean oil to make an oil phase solution, heat and stir in a water bath at 50°C to dissolve, and let cool for later use.

[0037] (2) Preparation of water phase

[0038] Take the prescribed amount of glycerin, nefopam hydrochloride, or remifentanil, or sufentanil, or mefentanil, or lofentanil, or salt of carfentanil, and add it to 750ml of water, at 60°C Heat and stir in a water bath to dissolve, make a water phase solution, and let cool for later use.

[0039] (3) Preparation of colostrum

[0040] Add the aqueous phase solution prepared by the above (2) to the oil phase solution prepared by the above step (1) while shearing at a speed of 3000 revolutions per minute with a shearing machine. After adding, shear at a speed of 3000 revolutions / min For 15 minutes, a colostrum solution was formed.

Abstract

The invention discloses a compound propofol injection with analgesic and the related preparation method. The pH value to prepare the compound propofol injection is 5.0 to 9.5. The fat emulsion injection contains propofol which serves as intravenous anesthesia medicine, non-narcotic or narcotic analgesic, refined vegetable oil serving as oil-soluble diluent, phospholipids serving as emulsifier, glycerol serving as osmo-regulator, oleic acid or sodium oleate acting as emulsion stabilizer, and vitamin E. The produced fat emulsion injection has dual functions of anesthesia and analgesia as well as synergistic effect and can be directly used in anesthesia induction and maintenance and postoperative and ICU analgesia for the patients. The invention can reduce the pain of the injected part, and is convenient to use and controllable. Therefore the invention is a safe and effective compound intravenous anesthetic.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of medicine, and relates to a fat emulsion injection, in particular to a compound propofol fat emulsion injection containing analgesic and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] With the development of medical technology, before and after surgery, in order to achieve satisfactory anesthesia, muscle relaxation, sedation, and analgesia for patients, compound anesthesia is generally used clinically, that is, several anesthesia drugs or anesthesia methods are used in combination. The additive or synergistic effect between them enables small doses of anesthetic drugs to exert a more ideal anesthetic effect, thereby reducing or even avoiding the adverse effects of drugs on the human body. This compound anesthesia has become a trend in current anesthesia methods. Generally, several different drugs are administered through a certain route, or several compatible drugs are formula...
