Abstract

The present invention relates to a treating method for sterilizing the explants, which have bacteria in tissues. The treating method is the plant material of the explants are implemented with the common treatment and the part of the fringe of the explants whose color changes with the sterilization is cut and then the explants are cut into small pieces of 1 to 3 cm for use; the method is characterized in that the explants are separately transplanted into different culture media of different concentrations; 8 to 10 explants are transplanted in one triangular bottle and the fringe of every explant contact the culture media; the explants are put in a culture room for cultivation. The method of the present invention is characterized by simple operation; the three antibiotics of carbenicllin, streptomycin sulphate and nystatin have obvious effect on the sterilization of the explants which not only effectively constrain the bacteria (100 percent when the three antibiotics are injected with the amount of 500 plus 100 plus 1000mg an hour) but also basically control the growth of fungus.
