The method includes: a classification is generated and labels are provided for on-line advertisement resources; and the labels are classified to a category of the classification; an entering key word is received when users search for the on-line advertisement resources; and the key word is classified to the category of the classification; when the label is in the category of the key word, the on-line advertisement resource which is corresponding to the label can be sent to the user. The device comprises an initialization module, a classification module, a matching module and a dispatch module. The present invention improves accuracy of searching on-line advertisement resources, reduces requirements to a query condition, and compared with the prior art, difficulties in matching the query results are overcome and a problem that effective on-line advertisement resources in the search results maybe missed is avoided.
