The intermediary entity, the SMGW short message gateway is responsible for receiving the short message sent by the SP service provider to the PS personal terminal on the one hand and submitting it to the SMSC short message service center. On the other hand, the short message that the PS personal terminal orders the service of the SP service provider will be sent to the SP service provider by the SMSC short message service center through the SMGW short message gateway.
