The preparation method comprises the steps of mixing, fermenting, bake-drying, and crushing. The skin protective liquid is produced by mixing the fermented product 1 (wt. part), rice wine 20-40 and honey 0.5-2, sealing and storing, clarifying, and filtering to obtain the final product.
