Abstract

The present invention relates to microwave synthesis process of water soluble magnetic nanometer cobalt ferrite CoFe2O4 crystal. Through dissolving bivalent cobalt salt and trivalent iron salt in water, adding water soluble polyol as stabilizer and regulating pH value of the solution, alkali reactant precursor solution is prepared. The reactant precursor solution is then set inside a sealed PTFE tank and reacted in a microwave reactor at controlled temperature and pressure to synthesize nanometer cobalt ferrite CoFe2O4 crystal fast. The said process is simple, mild in reaction condition and low in cost, and the synthesized nanometer cobalt ferrite CoFe2O4 crystal has water solubility, high stability, high magnetism, homogeneous size distribution, adjustable size, easy connection with biomacromolecule and other features.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a water-soluble magnetic cobalt ferrite CoFe 2 o 4 A microwave synthesis method for nanocrystals, using ferric iron and divalent cobalt salts as raw materials, using temperature-controlled and pressure-controlled microwave synthesis technology to prepare cobalt ferrite CoFe 2 o 4 A magnetic nano crystal belongs to the technical field of nano material preparation. Background technique [0002] Cobalt ferrite CoFe 2 o 4 The bulk material is a ferromagnetic compound. When nano cobalt ferrite CoFe 2 o 4 When the particle size is about 3-10 nanometers, due to the scale quantum effect and the dielectric confinement effect, they exhibit superparamagnetic properties, that is, they are magnetic in the presence of a magnetic field and non-magnetic when the magnetic field disappears. This material with special properties has a wide range of applications in nuclear magnetic resonance imaging, targeted drug therapy, separation of bi...
