The invention relates to a medical instrument, in particular to a uterine manipulator capable of achieving accurate positioning. The uterine manipulator comprises a uterine lifting cup, a hollow operating rod and a guide rod, wherein the hollow operating rod is connected to the uterine lifting cup and the guide rod is arranged in an inner cavity of the operating rod and is capable of extending out of the uterine lifting cup; the uterine lifting cup is composed of two parts, namely an upper part and a lower part; the lower part is fixedly connected to the operating rod, and the lower part, in the axial direction of the peripheral wall thereof, is provided with a plurality of annular grooves which are spaced from each other; and the upper part includes a plurality of blades which are fixedly connected to the lower part and are spaced from each other in a circumferential direction. By virtue of the plurality of the grooves which are arranged on the uterine lifting cup, a doctor, in a cervical carcinoma lesion resection, can determine the length of vagina to be resected according to the positions of the corresponding grooves, so that a lesion can be accurately and completely resected; in addition, the operating rod is provided with two scales of which one is capable of judging the invasion depth of the operating rod and the other one is capable of judging the length of the guide rod extending into a uterine cavity. Therefore, the uterine manipulator disclosed by the invention can achieve accurate positioning by virtue of the uterine lifting cup, the operating rod and the guide rod.
