Description

CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS [0001] This application claims priority to U.S. provisional patent application Ser. No. 60 / 653,004, filed Feb. 15, 2005, the contents of which are incorporated herein by reference.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION [0002] Those who cook or work in the kitchen often comment on the disagreeable odors of food and cooking grease that linger after the preparation and / or consumption of a meal, particular those meals that include fish, onions, garlic, leeks, or shellfish.
