Embodiment Construction

[0019] Below in conjunction with specific embodiment the present invention is described in further detail:

[0020] Example 1 of the non-fluorescence bleaching towel pretreatment process of the present invention is mainly aimed at the light and thin (single wool density is relatively small) towel pretreatment process, including cloth splicing, refining, bleaching, dehydration, and drying processes. The specific process flow includes:

[0021] a. Connect the cloth according to the wool.

[0022] b. Biological enzyme 1.5 g / L, surfactant 0.5 g / L, keep the temperature at 50°C for 40 minutes, and then wash with water.

[0023] c. Hydrogen peroxide 2 g / L, pH value 10.5, hydrogen peroxide stabilizer 1 g / L, then wash with high temperature water above 95°C, and then wash with cold water.

[0024] d. Dehydrate and dry the fabric. The drying temperature should be greater than 95°C and less than or equal to 100°C.

[0025] Example 2 of the non-fluorescence bleaching towel pretreatment p...

Abstract

The pre-treatment process of fluorescence-free bleached towel includes the working procedures of accepting fabric, refining, bleaching, dewatering and stoving. The working procedures of refining and bleaching includes the following steps: circulating the towel in the refining liquid with biological enzyme in 1-2 g / L and surfactant in 0.3-0.8 g / L at 40-60 deg.c for 30-50 min, and conventional water washing; circulating in bath with hydrogen peroxide in 2 g / L and hydrogen peroxide stabilizer in 1 g / L and of pH 10-11 at 90-98 deg.c for 20-40 min; and high temperature water washing at over 95 deg.c and cold water washing. The process is simple and reasonable, and can eliminate commensals from pure cotton towel and endow towel with natural whiteness and excellent wearability.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of pretreatment of textiles, in particular to a non-fluorescent bleached towel pretreatment process. Background technique [0002] Non-fluorescent bleached towels are a more popular product in recent years. Its natural whiteness is favored by people, especially in the Japanese market. The process is mainly composed of cloth joining, refining, bleaching, dehydration and drying processes. The above-mentioned traditional process is to use higher concentration of hydrogen peroxide as the main agent, together with surfactant and higher concentration of alkali agent. Treated under high temperature conditions, the whiteness of the towels produced is good, but it is difficult to control the state of natural whiteness. How to study a non-fluorescence bleaching towel pretreatment process, so that the process is simple and reasonable, and the treated towel is close to the natural whiteness, this is a technical probl...
