The preparation process of imiquimod cream includes the following steps: heating at 75-85 deg.c to smelt oil phase with added thickener and anodyne; mixing humectant and water to obtain water phase and heating to 75-85 deg.c; mixing imiquimod, emulsifier, preservative, oil phase and water phase via maintaining the temperature and stirring for 15-20 min; and regulating pH value to 4.0-7.0 to obtain the imiquimod cream.
